Howard Hanson's "Symphonic Rhapsody, Op. 14," is given its first performance in nearly 100 years in Orlando at the Florida State Music Teachers Association's Annual Conference, October 28, 9:30am, Embassy Suites North, Altamonte Springs.

A rare performance of Howard Hanson's richly scored and Romantic Piano Concerto in G major with the Jacksonville University Orchestra under the baton of Dr. Marguerite Richardson, October 25, in newly renovated Terry Concert Hall.

The Jacksonville University Faculty Trio makes its official debut November 15 in a program of Romantic works by Otto Malling and Johannes Brahms. Welcome 'cellist, Dr. Shannon Lockwood, to the faculty! - champagne and strawberries afterward!
